What data we collect
When you use HenCrew we collect the information you provide directly: your name and email address when you sign up or join a group, votes you cast for other members, and any profile photo you upload. If you make a purchase we collect the information needed to fulfil that order (delivery address, payment reference). We do not store full payment card details — payments are handled by Stripe.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to run HenCrew: to generate your personalised stat card, to display results to your group, and to fulfil any print or merch orders you place. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the service you signed up for.
Third-party services
HenCrew uses the following third-party services to operate:
• Supabase — database and file storage (EU region) • Stripe — payment processing • Printful — print-on-demand fulfilment • Resend — transactional email delivery • Facebook / Meta — optional OAuth login • Vercel — hosting and serverless functions
Each provider is bound by its own privacy policy and applicable data-processing agreements.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@hencrew.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
UK GDPR
HenCrew is operated from the United Kingdom and processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The lawful basis for processing is the performance of a contract (providing the HenCrew service to you). You have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@hencrew.com.
